Who we are

End Times TV / End Times Media (“we,” “us,” or “End Times TV”) provides the End Times TV website at endtimes-tv.com and the End Times TV application for Android TV (together, the “Service”). The Service is offered by End Times TV / End Times Media.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the service is

End Times TV is a free Christian streaming ministry. The Service may include live TV, other channels we carry, on-demand video where available, and a TV / program guide. We provide streaming access only. We do not sell streams as a paid product inside the Android TV app.

Any commercials or promotional messages that appear within a broadcast are part of the stream itself, not separate paid app advertisements sold by us through Google Play.

Eligibility / age

The Service is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. You should only use the Service if you are old enough to form a binding contract under the laws that apply where you live. The Android TV app is designed for users 18 and older.

License to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and watch the Service for non-commercial viewing. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform our streams
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download Service content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass technical controls on the website, app, or streams
• Use the Service for commercial redistribution or to build a competing service

Accounts

You do not need an End Times TV account to watch live streams or use the public website and Android TV app. Staff / admin tools on the website may require separate credentials and are not part of the public viewer experience. If we add viewer accounts later, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Content ownership

Streams, shows, logos, guide data, trademarks, and branding on the Service belong to End Times TV or our licensors and partners. Your use of the Service gives you a limited right to watch content in the app or on the website as we make it available. No other rights are granted.

User conduct & acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, streams, or related systems
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security features
• Misuse contact or donation channels (for example spam or fraud)

Third-party content / links

The Service may include programming from other ministries or channels, and links to third-party websites or platforms. Those parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or practices we do not control, beyond the parts of the Service we operate ourselves.

Availability & changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, channels, schedules, or the Service as a whole at any time. Guide listings and streams may be incorrect, delayed, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, END TIMES TV / END TIMES MEDIA AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace that policy.

Donations / viewer support

Viewing the Service is free. Any donations or viewer support are voluntary and are handled on the website (for example through PayPal or Interac e-Transfer), not as Google Play in-app purchases, unless we later add those and disclose them clearly.

Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the website or app at any time.

Governing law / disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
